Cinnamon Sugared Pecans

These Cinnamon Sugared Pecans are perfect as a snack on their own or as a topping for salads, desserts, or even breakfast dishes like oatmeal or yogurt. They also make a lovely homemade gift for family and friends during the holiday season.



  • 1/2 cup Zulka® sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 cups of pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. In a bowl, combined sugar, cinnamon, and salt
  3. In a separate bowl, add egg, white and mix well
  4. Add pecans to egg, white and be sure all the nuts are coded in egg white
  5. Add pecans to sugar, cinnamon mixture
  6. Place pecans on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes
  7. Remove from oven. Stir well.
  8. Return to oven and bake additional 10 minutes
  9. Remove from oven let cool
  10. May be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks
