Anissa is the older daughter of Jefferson Pierce a.k.a. His oldest daughter, Anissa is also the super hero known as Thunder who’s able to drastically increase her density, blackbird black lightning giving her invulnerability and super strength. Confirming what most people expected, we now know that the characters Thunder and Lightning will have superpowers on the upcoming CW series, Black Lightning. Black Lightning may have come back to rescue his daughters, but in the process he found a renewed purpose, which is to give the people of Freeland hope, even if some of them are currently trying to drop air conditioners on his head. I do have a question about the stickers – do you still have the website where you found them? In the comics, Black Lightning’s daughters eventually don the cape and cowl themselves, becoming heroes known as Thunder and Lightning; they have battled foes alongside Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. Jennifer became very fond of the members of the Justice Society of America, especially Jakeem Thunder. Jennifer looks amazing! Fans will get to see her take action in the new suit when Black Lightning returns following the midseason hiatus. It’s unclear if we’ll see Black Lightning’s daughters suit up in the series, or if it will focus more on Pierce’s journey back to the streets.
